Region 1
Rachel Cline is a dedicated and experienced member of the Blackhawk School Board who is currently seeking reelection in Region 1. With a reputation for being a voice of reason on the board, Rachel is a staunch advocate for quality education, student safety, andfiscal responsibility.
Rachel has built a successful career as an entrepreneur, owning and operating Steri-Clean franchises in Western PA and Eastern Ohio. She is a proud alumna of the Blackhawk School District and Westminster College. She currently serves on the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In the past, she has served on the Beaver County Quality Education Council.
Rachel and her husband, Marc, are proud parents of three children, two of whom are in college and one in 8th grade at Highland Middle School in Blackhawk School District. Over the years, she has cherished the time spent volunteering in her children’s classrooms, and supporting her children’s activities through many booster organizations.
