Dr. Carol Sprinker was born and raised in Beaver County and moved to Chippewa 16 years ago to raise her family in the Blackhawk School District. Carol’s career first started in the Blackhawk School District, where she was a principal and teacher at Blackhawk Intermediate School and Northwestern Primary School. She currently serves as an administrator in the Quaker Valley School District.
Dr. Sprinker is an alumna of Duquesne University and earned both her B.A in Elementary Education and her M.A. in Administration and Supervision. Carol continued her studies in Educational Leadership at the University of Pittsburgh earning a Doctor of Education and a PA Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility.
Carol and her husband Brian spend most of their time raising two sons. They especially enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and worshiping together at Pathway Church. Since 2005, Carol has served on the Board of Directors of the Jumet Charitable Foundation working on the fundraising committee to provide scholarships to students across Beaver County.
Carol is excited to return to Blackhawk in a new leadership capacity as a member of the Blackhawk Board of Directors. She is a champion for public education and an advocate for every child! She is committed to making Blackhawk a better place for all children to grow and learn, where families will prosper and thrive.
